The ideas and technologies that drive Helixis today were born in the laboratories of Nobel Laureate David Baltimore, PhD, and Axel Scherer, PhD, at the California Institute of Technology.  Novel solutions for real-time PCR were developed as scientists and engineers worked together to solve common problems and to challenge the status quo. We believe the prolific potential of continuing this collaboration model holds the key to continued innovation at Helixis.
